This will be his second attempt to do so.
This is one of the only "I'll believe it when I see it" things.
He did not. I think it was theorized or talked about how Pompeo may have been the one to stop him?
Unsure. Still, it is valid criticism that he said this before and thus I won't take it as some major thing.
I'm confused...I saw a video of Judge Napolitano saying that Trump was going to release the documents, but that after seeing them, the information was so disturbing (not sure the exact wording) he decided it would be best if he didn't release the information. According to Napolitano it had nothing to do with Pompeo. My question now is Trump said he would release the information before and changed his mind (apparently) after seeing the information. What's changed? That's my question? Why would he decide to actually release the documents this go around?
The Pompeo reference was more recently talked about, but I cannot remember when it was.
I would also like to know what has changed.
Not going hard on Trump for this, but I view it as political posturing since he has been saying this for years.
Afaik he released what he could and more was to be released / talked about releasing in October 2021. Maybe he expected to be president then - but I do believe it was and still is his goal to release everything. Biden obviously didn't pick it up.
He could release everything. He's the fucking president for fucks sake. And you'd have to have your head up your ass if you don't believe that the parts he didn't release were the ones that implicated people who were still alive, like George Bush.

^ proof that he had the power to release them all but didn't. If you don't believe Americans knowing the truth is not in the public interest, you're part of the problem.
Only a commie would believe that withholding the truth from Americans is in the public interest of Americans.
