TBH, as an Irish man, I view the Kennedy family as a typical pseudo royal wannabe clan. Typical political class.
The majority of them are political parasites, never worked a day in their collective lives. Never earned anything, never contributed anything, never did anything to improve the country or the citizens that pays for their existence.
All of them are living off the sanitised memory of a pair of brothers who at best had questionable morals and motives.
While they on the surface appear to fight the system, their family harvested immense wealth by being part of the system. This leads to inevitable skeletons in the closet.
This is why Trump is so important. He made his money independently of the system, he owes them nothing, they have no dirt on him. Hence the lawfare, scrapping the barrel for anything to try and break him financially.
They are too dumb to realise their normal tricks don’t work on a billionaire, who is light years ahead of them in terms of intelligence and integrity.
I believe we are entering the inflection point, it’s that time when a kid has been annoying and old docile dog, when it turns and snaps. When Trump finally snaps, I hope it will be glorious, with no quarter given.
The best thing citizens could do is ignore them, they crave attention which builds their illusion of worth.
None of these parasites deserve our time, respect or taxes.
Yep! Not a one of them have ever had a callus on their hands or gotten their hands dirty doing anything. Probably had Nanny's that raised their kids and changed their diapers for them too. A bunch of Do Nothings.
It’s frustrating that people look up to them, despite their lack of any real life experience.
I firmly believe being a career politician should be illegal. Only people with real life experience should be allowed run the country and keep the civil service in check.
I just finished planting to autumn potatoes, back broken. Real work that will produce something tangible. Going to have a beer and a nap.
I still need to go out to the garden and dig some of my potatoes. Not digging them all at once as I have no storage, but will finish digging them all once the winter weather sets in. Get a rest and hope your beer eases your back pain. Enjoy the weekend.
Thanks Mary.
Before I got the new shed I used to use an old Irish method for storing root crops called “Clamping”, basically you wrap the spuds in straw, then cover with about a foot of compacted earth to form a roof shape.
You can do this outside. Don’t know how much rain you get, but these work great in a very rainy part of Ireland.
Eloquently stated, thanks.
