Pretty sure he's right, the first amendment talks about guaranteeing free speech so long as the government preapproves and validates the truthfulness of what you are saying. It's not that hard to understand.. /s
I think having the government check everything is a great idea. Imagine how easy that would make science.
Someone could post on Twitter that "String Theory was the way to go," and then Snopes or another government representative could say: True or False. Problem solved!
Or, is there Spooky Action at a Distance? Snopes says: True, Einstein wrong.
Life would be so much simpler.
