Yeah, if you use the song once, they send a letter. From the earlier article they've been playing whatever that Foo song is at every rally on YouTube and live without the digital publishing rights being paid which is what the lawsuit is really all about. BMI just wants more money, and they're having the liberal tools be the spokespeople for it.
