CDC reports highest COVID spike in two years just as kids head back to school

COVID cases are rising with back-to-school right around the corner. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says this summer has seen the highest spike in COVID cases in the last two years.

My wife and I have a stomach bug and everyone is saying it's covid. We don't own a TV to know why they think suddenly covid is the stomach flu not the respiratory flu

You might want to remind everyone saying it that the only way to diagnose it is by using a test whose inventor stated can't diagnose anything. If people can't get past that there is no point continuing to know them.
