It’s fake.

Watch the shadows.
The first one - has a very narrow shadow, which suggests where the sun is.
Number 4 doesn’t have the shadow at all.
Number 6 and 7 are rotated towards the road - the shadows should be wider.
Number 7 and 8 are „flying” in the air (above the ground).

I guess someone wanted to share the idea, but the video isn’t real.
