What is the point of these chemical sprays. Is it weather modification or is it population control. WTF is this shit???

Ask my 1.5 acre garden that has stunted growth by over 50%. Sending samples of the soil to be tested. Neighbor a couple miles away has irregular levels of aluminum that knocked out most of his non-gmo crops. I only plant heirloom and non-gmo seeds and it tanked this year.

A lot of my plants have some sort of fungus on their leaves. Never seen it before. My boxwoods are dying. Will probably have to dig them up in the spring.
