I got to admit when I first encountered the topic and began looking up, saw the Morgellins fiber stuff etc I was dooming hard and freaking the fuck out 🤣 now I just don't even worry about it, God's got me. But yeah you make a good point. It's one of those so far out of reach topics that you just learn about and can't do a thing about it
