Showing the absurdity of arresting the owner of Telegram for something a user posted on that messaging service. Shouldn't the CEO of AT&T be arrested for all the crimes that have been facilitated by the use of their phones? The CEO of Apple should be arrested because a user took illicit photos using an iPhone.
