Cross the southern border into Mexico. They have it at gas stations, OTC. Cheap, too.

How cheap? I may have been in a tourist spot because they were selling 12 mg at 2.50 USD equivalent per pill. They even sold a 4 pack of 4 mg at 5.50 USD equivalent which was 3x the cost of online pharmacies.
