IMO, all laws passed should be made to be read for a layman, put it out in plain simple English. this BS of them pumping bills full of law-bullshit needs to stop. and this, we need to pass it before we read it, needs to have laws put in place for anyone who says this kind of lame shit to go to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
