I don't think people know how much people smoke...it's not alot....legal grows are up to their necks in it..prices are way down..Cali been shipping those moving pods all over for years...the answer is keep the govt out of it completely..100% decriminalize and allow citizens to grow their own..govt has no moral right to profit after declaring war on us..taking our fortunes..sometimes out freedom
