This happens countless times every day. It's just that no one cares. Puppies and kittens are often aborted during spays without a thought. Source: I used to work at a shelter years ago, and this was a no-kill shelter. But they killed when it came to pregnancies. You could see the puppies or kittens inside the uterus when it came out. It was horribly sad. And they were tossed in the trash.

People do not like to think about what happens inside shelters, slaughter houses, etc., but there is more death and suffering to be found in them than any hospital. That's something I hope RFK might investigate and change after he overhauls human medicine.
