I am just curious on your alls opinion on the father being charged with murder? Isn’t what he did AT WORST accessory or something? I guess they will say he clearly knew and provided the gun intending the murders occur. I guess I am just curious why he’s charged with murder when the 14 year old is the one who committed murder. Is there actual precedent for this or are they warping the law the fit their agenda? What is next, you loan out a car to someone and they run a crowd over now your a murderer? LOL!
Edit: my main concern in all of this is just the dangerous legal precedent. Who decided the gun was bought for the kid, why did the FBI not do anything, etc
So then what if they take the keys without permission, how can this possibly even be proved? Did the dad clearly say and make an announcement THIS GUN IS FOR MY SON TO USE! It’s a very dangerous legal precedent Even if between the two they discussed this and what not how could this be proven? If he would’ve stated this at the gun store when purchasing said firearm that would’ve been stopped.
I guess they would have to investigate how he got my keys-through the trial. And if I were a betting man, I would be coerced into pleading out to manslaughter or something.
Not saying it's right, just giving you the legalities as they currently stand.
You’re correct , they will say trial found guilty 18 years or take plea deal of guilty serve 2 to 5 . Happens every day to many innocent people , I know two who had no choice but to take the plea, because they had priors and the chance of being found quilty was real, so they did the two years .
