The sheer VOLUME of indictments being sealed since Trump took office is what first got our attention. Then suddenly UNSEALING nearly 10,000 is absolutely shocking.
Sure, a handful here and there being unsealed is typical nationwide, but this volume is unprecedented. Also, the media is completely uninterested in either aspect of this (sealed or unsealed). If these were for us, the media would be drooling all over this and putting expert panels together to analyze what this all means.
We need to dig into WHICH cases were unsealed and the follow them to track the outcome. Are they high level people or just low level people who didn't pay their taxes? If they are high level people what are they accused of? After their court cases, what were their sentences?
Yes, but again, Indictments are unsealed all the time. There's no 18-month in the United States where indictments haven't been unsealed.
So I'm not sure what's even being talked about there.

Yes, if I didn't have to work full time as an engineer, I'd love to dedicate time to tracking these.
Anon's that are more familiar with navigating the legal system would be much more effective than an outsider like me.
We used to have some lawyers on this board, but I don't see them pop up as much nowadays.
