Just me thinking, how did he get an AR type rifle in the school bus and then into the school? Looks like a Thomas Crooks getting a rifle past all kinds of security. Rifle was probably placed there for him/her!

Depending on the model of AR. Once broken down. IE just separating the upper and lower receiver. It’s relatively simple to hide it in a backpack.

And generally suburban Schools usually don’t have a habit of checking students for weapons or searching bags.
