Sheriff: Teenager taken into custody after fatal school shooting

A Joppatowne High School student shot by a classmate Friday died at a hospital, Harford County Sheriff Jeff Gahler said.

"16 years old" with what looks to be a full sleeve in the thumbnail? Somethings telling me this is gonna go a lot deeper than what we're seeing so far. Gang connections, illegal aliens parents, i can only imagine what the backstory to this "kid" is.
