It is sadly ironic that the liberal/communist cities have disarmed the citizens so they could not Help law enforcement with these animal gangs, even if they witness the crimes. In the Free Armed states, if the animals were to start shooting LEOs, there would be a bounty with No limit on illegal alien gangs and Poof, No more gangs.
