If it doesn't remedy this, then Trump should dissolve the entire thing, and then create a new independent agency called the Federal Elections Administration FEA...

...and then hire all new people, with a new mission which is to administer all federal elections at every local level, and exclusively federal elections, excluding local elections, and , the federal elections will have ITS OWN BALLOT, and no non-federal appointments are allowed on this ballot.

There will be two distinct ballots...one for federal, one for state. They will have their own federal managed equipment, and states have to have their own.

Nor are federal appointments allows on Local / state election ballots. If they are, they are ignored by the FEA. The FEA's elections are the only ones that matter for federal appointments.

This creates a separation of Federal and State elections so they have their own ballots.

The Federal gov will assist in paying for state elections also (as in fed funding) if and only if they administer the elections simultaneously with the federal elections, and on a separate ballot; and the ballot has to be VERY DIFFERENT LOOKING than the federal ballot. It has to have state gov branding and seal on it.
