Here’s a question, what criminal statutes are these people violating, specifically?
Not sure but I’d have to research.
All these are fake refugees so some misrepresenting going on by someone in the chain. So fraud basically.
It’s aiding and abetting an invasion, which is certainly illegal, but what’s the law, and how would one go about filing a charge of it?
We know they aren’t “refugees”, because international law says those are supposed to go to the nearest safe haven country, not halfway around the world from several different countries into all western ones.
The charge could be bolstered by showing what’s supposed to happen, showing the planned time range for these actions, etc.
