No it isn't like a Soviet era gulag. It IS a Soviet era gulag.

It IS a North Korea and Communist China NOW ERA concentration death camp where you bow to the current policy or "disappear," - also known as DIE.

It is the foundational stage, much like the first stage in Ukraine where, "we are supplying Ukraine with only non lethal aid. Which is now supplying long range missiles to attack Moskow, and assure nuclear war for all.
