The RSI (Relative Strength Index) idicator appears very oversold, price is likely to rise as it can't remain low and remain within the upwards sloping trendline of higher lows, in addition the more times the price touches the lower trendline, (six times), the stronger the trend. If I had the money I would be buying this stock.
