All the Mexicans and South Americans are getting free EBT cards with a $4000 balance; the Haitians get nothing?

I know for a fact that this is not true. They might be getting gift cards loaded with money from the NGOs but not EBT cards loaded with money.

Haitians and Cubans are eligible for Food Stamps while Mexicans are not. Some Venezuelans are eligible as well but not all.
