honestly, I don't think many Americans think ill of people who eat cats out of hunger and lack of other options. Heck, some American soldiers in the Revolutionary War had to eat dogs in order to survive.

But when they are given all this money in food stamps, there really is no excuse to be eating dogs and cats. They can easily buy ground beef, pork chops, chicken, whatever at their local grocery store.
