Article IV, Section 4 (full text)
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
What is a republic?
republic | rəˈpəblik |
noun
a state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch.
Vote fraud PREVENTS (and is specifically INDENDED TO PREVENT) "the people" from electing their representatives.
PREVENTING (AND CORRECTING) VOTE FRAUD, INCLUDING FOR STATE ELECTIONS, IS A FEDERAL MATTER.
Article IV, Section 4 (A4S4) specifically prohibits in the states Corporate gov’t, Fascism, Oligarchy, Monarchy, Communism, Imperial gov’t, National gov’t, and YES, even Democracy. Advocating for, financing, or promoting prohibited forms of gov’ts within the states is literally TREASON against the Constitution.
By definition, state sovereignty is NOT lawfully delegatable to a National gov’t, NOR a Municipal Service Corporation (MSC) overlaid on top of states, named STATE OF XX CORP.
I'm not sure if you're agreeing with me (and the Constitution) that the Federal government is required to "guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government" or not. Yes, A4S4 DOES mean that the national (Federal) government has the duty to assure election integrity throughout the country (without which "a Republican form of government" is impossible) just as it has the duty to protect every State from invasion -- which, of course, the Feds are ALSO not doing.
Are you saying that those duties can NOT be "lawfully delegatable to a National gov’t"?
I think I was trying to say that the Federal Courts cannot restore State Sovereignty. It is up to the citizens of the states. State sovereign authority is higher that federal gov't because the states create the Federal gov't by delegation of limited powers. Federal Gov't must enforce the Constitution, but they are using "states rights" as excuse not to remove State Corporations who are violating A4S4. We are in a bind, and I don't know how to fix it except County-by-County in EACH sovereign state.
Dissolution of Federal Corporate Gov't (owner of STATE CORPS) might also free us up.
Personally, I believe nothing short of having the military oversee the elections nation-wide will ensure that ONLY citizens are voting AND that the vote is counted accurately. Until the corruption is rooted out, nothing else is going to do the job.
