I do agree that we need to exercise strong discernment right now. I think there is a lot of disinfo being sent out to discredit us (if we spread it).

In this case, according to this YT link (https://youtu.be/3Yujl8KelAw) this was in Chile (Talca, South of Santiago), and the report does say that he is Haitian. The video also shows that got the absolute shit kicked out of him for this.
