Plans in Warsaw to create a brigade for the Ukrainian army using Ukrainian citizens who fled the country is failing to meet its goals due to a lack of willing recruits, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski admitted.

The plan was to raise a brigade (whatever that means these days) from peeps who had moved to Poland to GET AWAY from the front. My point is: they wanted nothing to do with the war.

So these eejits in Polish goverment thought that they would just go ahead and do it anyway.
