I remember back then what is the difference if you line up on the streets showing your support for the other candidate or on the Hwy ? Total BS charge .

Of course they could only bring this up in Austin. Anywhere outside of the big cities (DFW, San Antonio, etc.), this would have been laughed out of court. They should appeal and get this to SC. Maybe AG Paxton will step in too?
