I haven't bothered to watch much about these pager bombs, other than headlines. This weapon isn't anything new in war. The success suggests that it was highly organized. Looks successful to me. I'll read more, but from my perspective, fairly precise mission.

If it was fairly precise mission, I would think that you wouldn't see them exploding in supermarkets with people around.
Dresden was also considered a successful military op. just depends on the military, and their definition of "precise" and "success"
