What if "Central Casting" has a double meaning? 🧐

I wouldn't be surprised if some of these "Characters" were grown in a secret C|A laboratory in a Deep Underground Military Bunker (DUMB).

Maybe the Central Infiltration Agency is "casting" these people in their labs?
