Newsom is only part of the problem. What's the California legislatures' role in this? Someone had to draft this bill - then it was voted on and passed. Then it was sent to Newsom for his approval/signature.

I realize that I am very late to this party, but I wanted you to know that one of the four authors of AB 2655, Sabrina Cervantes, does not have a current oath of office. I have not check the other 3 authors as of yet.
