So there's no 2nd Amendment, and there's no 1st Amendment because you will be placed in solitary confinement for years if you peacefully gather to petition the govt for redress of grievances. There's no 4th Amendment protection against illegal search. There's no 10th Amendment, federal law supersedes state law in every case. There's no 8th Amendment forbidding excessive fines.
