Prior to coverage inside RSBN was panning the crowds outdoors. They mentioned the capacity is between16k-18k in the arena. There were 60,000 requests for tickets (tickets are not required for rallies but help estimate the anticipated crowds). I've been to a bunch of rallies and the majority of those in attendance don't bother requesting tickets.
