I know she went to another hospital, but Kaiser, the largest HMO in California, has in their contract when you become a member that you cannot sue. You can only do a third party arbitration. 🤯

Last hospital I went to a old lady working there was rushing my wife to sign everything. When I said I need to look at paperwork before she signs she got all mad and left. I don't trust hospitals at all.
Treat a hospital like they are their to kill you. I'm serious.
