A year or two ago, my job had someone who only spoke Spanish; ZERO English.

We had to get another coworker to translate for them.

How were they supposed to understand any safety or communicate any danger to anyone???

My last year of teaching in 2020, we had some illegals in our school from Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala. They signed up for Spanish and failed it for lack of effort. Some American kids were making fun of them until I reminded them that they were failing English.
