The idea that a communist state gov. can make up illegal laws that are specifically Against the Bill Of Rights is WHY The Bill of Rights was Installed as restrictions ON Every Gov.

Probably. But SCOTUS has been about 50/50 on reliability. If Trump were to find a way to replace Roberts, I’m sure it would be a lot better.
