There's a massive difference between different nations of a white European culture, and an arab, Asian, or African culture. Subsequent rule changes since 1965 have made a mockery of what the original founders intended for immigration. Of note: most of the politicians pushing the changes in immigration were/are all jews. Now, it doesn't even matter, because AIPAC controls nearly every member of Congress.
