Operation Flicker was started in 2006, went public in 2007.

Obama took office in 2008 and the investigation into the child porn at the Pentagon never went anywhere.

I assume that changed once Trump took office. I assume Trump started looking into the child porn allegations at the Pentagon.

Good question, I assume the low level peons were prosecuted, anyone who was high rank military or had CEO after their name from many of the military organizations like General Dynamics or Raytheon, they got a get out of jail free card.
