This is one of her "spells" that she casts when she speaks.

First of all, she's consistently incompetent. She's not a good speaker. She's not good at magick, witchery or neurolinguistic programming.

But... like a good little puppet, she gets out there and tries anyway...as she was instructed. She seems to lack self awareness - and that shows up in her incompetence. This is probably a result of her being groomed and told what to do, think and say, rather than it coming from her own desire to learn the proper way to do.

What you see/hear is a fusion of Marxism (unburdened), NLP and satanism (for lack of better term)
