It’s extremely heavily promoted. Did you know that the carrot was not originally orange and was bred to be just a few centuries ago? I’m not talking about only vitamin supplements, I’m talking about the substance itself. And it goes further. Have you ever seen red-tomato based food being promoted? What is lycopene and what does it do in the body? This rabbit hole is deeper than some.
