Screenshots of headlines announcing Janet Jackson’s apology soon hit the news waves. According to the apology, released by her (now former) manager Mo Elmasri, Jackson expressed regret over her “misinformation” and acknowledged that Kamala Harris is of both Black and Indian descent. The media frenzy appeared to have claimed another victim. Jackson was supposedly on her way to Cancel Town.
