...I don't see the problem here.
What she is saying is TRUE that is why child sexual abuse is so confusing for the child and its why they don't come forward. It is WHY groomers will start with showing kids porn. It is to get their minds from *not even thinking about genitals and sexual pleasure to getting them to think about it.
It is then same reason more sex education leads to more promiscuity.
Though Oprah is evil, what she is saying is true and if you set your outrage aside from it being Oprah saying it, and if you knew how groomers/pedos work, or even just watched the documentary "Capturing the Friedmans" which speaks to this.
Oprah is evil but the content of what she said us true and isn't self incriminating.
It is true in a lot of cases I'm sure. It's a little weird to rank abusers as being "good" or not. There are a lot of ways to convey the idea of them being successful at their abuse without saying that.
I totally agree.
Because it isn't a matter if them being ...like...sexually good or skilled 🤮
It is more like how aggressive or passive the assault is in addition to the amount of grooming and the age/awareness of the victim.
Just like physical abuse, young kids may not know it is wrong/abuse despite bruises or bleeding in comparison to a teen who can learn by social comparison that it is wrong.

She knows: there were several episodes where she mentioned being sexually abused by her father.

It is super gross to say "If they are good" 🤮
Well said and true.
