They're doing this to annoy people into navigating away from the video and not watching it. It's a soft form of CENSORSHIP
No other videos have these delays. I have no prob with bandwidth right now...on spectrum something like 100 mbit...

I had absolutely no issue watching this video right now. No buffering. Are you misinterpreting all the harsh video edits for buffering/skipping?
