Going carnivore isn't a guarantee of high-quality food either, unless you buy direct from a farmer/rancher. There are a whole lot of antibiotics and hormones plus other things that are given to livestock and poultry.

we just try our best based on our economy level and what's available,.but it's still better than not doing that at all
