Well, I think carnivore is nutrition packed diet so I'm assuming it'd be even better for the child in the womb. Plus, if this is our natural diet since ancestors' time (who were hunters and gatherers), then there is no difference / effect for pregnant women. Another thing I notice is vegan and vegetarian women were giving birth w/ some success as well, the babies in the womb were eating off whatever nutrition was preserved in their bodies since they were young like eggs, meats from back then before they were vegan..from this observation, I'm quite confident carnivore diet is good for pregnant women.
