This is why sometimes I get frustrated with God. I know I said bad things in my youth and thought some pretty "nonpolitically correct things" but as I've gotten older I've come to reassess my thoughts. I'm living a better life and am not the same person I was in the past. Yet I'll have to answer for those things I thought and said even though I've changed. Once you turn your life over to Christ shouldn't you get a "start over" card? Plus I've heard that once you get to the Pearly Gates and are facing God, Jesus steps in and acts as your intercessor and He will say to God, "This is a child of mind, he has been cleansed with my blood and he should be allowed to walk into Heaven"....or something like that. What say you religious individuals who study these types of things?

This verse is speaking of The Great White Throne Judgment. Believers will not be a part of this judgment. We will appear before The Judgment Seat of Christ, also known as the Bema Seat Judgment.
Future Judgment of the Believer
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus
