"In El Salvador, we do not imprison the opposition, we do not censor opinions or confiscate property for thinking differently. Here, no one is arrested for expressing their ideas."
"In El Salvador, we prioritize the safety of our honest citizens over the comfort of criminals."
"Some say that we have imprisoned thousands, but the reality is we have freed millions."
On one hand, he built a jail the size of seven football fields. I don't know if he sent all of his criminals to us ... there is still room there.
What he might have done is let migrants pass through el Salvador. I am not suggesting that's less harmful to the country. Just stating it.
On the other hand, Trump called him out. He seemed pissed too. It seems like nothing else was said after he called him out. The left likes to refer to him as a dictator since his party won control of 2/3 of their house and Bukele had the audacity to wage war against the criminal pigs that destroyed that country. Maybe they agreed to not trust each other during this election so that the left makes a series of lie commercials about Bukele and Trump.
Either way, I won't be surprised how that unfolds. It'd be kinda cool to have an ally in Central America that would stop migrants.
All these Latin nations sending their worst to U.S. and coincidentally El Salvador crime goes down at the same time these other Latin Countries’ crime goes down.

The timing is too coincidental for me.
