I wouldn't worry, just buy fresh if you DO come down with something, but old meds usually are almost pristine, not too many meds will drop severely in potency (were talking antibiotics and the like will degrade)
Tetracyclines, liquid (suspension) meds, and injectibles like insulin go bad or become dangerous when expired. Most others are good for many years, although they can degrade over time or in excessive heat or light.
Yes but generic stuff like ivermectin probably is good for many years without much degradation... Unless you store in in the garage at 150 degrees and shit
