Great idea, but temporary. This is an Invasion by a foreign army and The Law covers That. What is need is several A-10 Warthogs running the border at will and 'defending' the USA, BY Law.

Those are super expensive to operate. You could pay a couple hundred hunters with rifles to hang out there and save millions. Shoot anyone who climbs more than a foot off the ground.
