Going after a couple of small towns for wanting free and fair elections instead of major cities with trunk loads of ballots coming in at 2 am is far more important. Everyone knows that! /s

if Federal election, for handicapped a VERY large county precinct has to have mechanical handicapped aids, but only TWO tabulators, and also a Judge
if Federal election, for handicapped a small or medium county precinct has to have ZERO ( no ) mechanical handicapped aids, but must offer a Judge
